Policy on the processing and protection of personal data

1. This Policy on the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) has been developed by BIG CITY LAB LLC, company code: 42468812, location: 48a Zabolotnoho Akademika St., Kyiv, 03187, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as "We" in the appropriate forms), which is the owner of personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ dated 01 June 2010 No. 2297-VI (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Law’) and is governed by this Law.

With this Policy, We want to inform you about what personal data We process and how We process it, as well as the purposes and means of processing and protecting personal data. This Policy applies to all types of personal data provided by the user when visiting the website bcl.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the ‘’Website‘’) or ordering any practice posted on the Website.

By using and registering on the Website, as well as by ordering workshops through the Website, you confirm, warrant and declare that you have read and understood this Policy and give your unequivocal consent to the processing of your personal data by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy in full, please do not use the Website and services.

We may amend or otherwise change this Policy from time to time. We may make changes to this Policy without prior notice to you, so we recommend that you regularly check this Policy on the Website and hereby agree to any changes to the Policy.

2. What personal data can we process?

2.1. Surname, first name, patronymic;

2.2. Email address;

2.3. Telephone numbers;

2.4. Anonymised data about visitors (including cookies) that may be collected using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel (Meta company).

2.5. The above data is further referred to in the text of the Policy as Personal Data.

3. What do we process personal data for?

3.1. The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure uninterrupted and secure access to the Website, informing about Our services and vacancies, concluding, executing and terminating civil law contracts; information and/or materials contained on the Website.

3.2. Anonymised data about you collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of users on the Website, improve the quality of the Website and its content.

4. On what basis do we process personal data?

4.1 We process personal data only if you fill in and/or send it yourself through special forms located on the Website or through other resources that you access through the Website (for example, e-mail, phone, messengers, etc.). By filling in the appropriate forms and/or sending your personal data to Us, you express your consent to this Policy.

4.2. We process impersonal data about you if it is allowed in your browser settings (cookies storage and JavaScript technology are enabled).

5. Why do we obtain your consent and how can it be withdrawn?

By accepting the terms of this Policy, you give us your unequivocal consent to the collection, use and processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy and confirm that by giving such consent you act of your own free will and in your own interests. Consent to the processing of personal data is granted to perform any actions in relation to personal data that are necessary to achieve the above goals, including, but not limited to: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, modification), use, cross-border transfer, depersonalisation, destruction, as well as any other actions with personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. The above consent also includes your consent to be included in the database of users of the Website on the day of registration on the Website or on the day of access to another resource for collecting personal data through the Website (for example, e-mail, telephone, messengers, etc.).

6. How do we collect, store and transfer personal data?

6.1. The security of personal data processed by Us is ensured by implementing legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

6.2. We ensure the safety of personal data and take all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorised persons.

6.3. Your personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the fulfilment of the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.5. The period of processing of personal data is reasonable to the extent that it will allow Us to provide you with services without additional clarifications. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending Us a notice to the e-mail address um@bcl.com.ua marked ‘Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data’.

7. Regarding the cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. We guarantee that before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, we undertake to make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is to be transferred ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the User has given their written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.
