What do we expect?
- at least 3 years of experience as a Chief project architect;
- valid certificate (we consider candidates with SS1, preferably SS3);
- experience in designing public spaces; educational facilities; sports facilities; residential buildings;
- experience in designing all stages of the project;
- knowledge of regulatory documents (DBN, DSTU);
- experience with tools such as ArchiCAD, (Revit optional), AutoCAD, Sketchup and Illustrator;
- experience in passing project expertise;
- English language proficiency at least B2 (written and oral).
What tasks are you going to deal with?
- design of drawings (sections Architectural solutions, Master plan, Production technology) and coordination of project teams developing design and construction documents (concepts, Project and Working documentation stages);
- development of pre-design solutions and participation in the preparation of proposals for clients;
- quality control, rationality and feasibility of design solutions, checking their technical level;
- control and compliance with deadlines;
- formulation of design tasks, technical specifications for contractors;
- control and distribution of tasks between the project team;
- coordination of design solutions, protection of projects in expert organizations;
- control and verification of drawings for compliance with building codes and regulations;
- control of the technical level, rationality and efficiency of design solutions;
- implementation of author's supervision of construction;
- communication with project stakeholders.
