Big City Lab is a Ukrainian urban bureau that develops and rebuilds cities and territories. We manage projects from idea to completion in the following areas: educational and sports infrastructure, public spaces, social housing, adaptation to accessibility standards, etc.
We are actively growing and looking for project managers.
What do we expect?
- Project management experience: working with a team, customer, donors, preparing grant/tender applications, documentation and reports
- Skill in creating and monitoring schedules
- Experience in managing the process of collecting baseline data and related project documentation
- Cooperation with project companies
- Fluency in English
- Cooperation with companies
What tasks will you be dealing with?
- Planning the budget and timeline of the project
- Preparation of technical specifications
- Preparation of tender documents (together with a lawyer)
- Collection of initial data
- Participation in the development of concepts
- Management of architects, engineers, estimators, lawyers, contractors
- Project implementation control
- Preparation of reports
